Visa-free Transit Tour Program
Large groups of Chinese tourists who leave China (including Hong Kong and Macao) to visit Jeju Island and enter through Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport, Gimhae International Airport, Cheongju International Airport, Muan International Airport, Daegu International Airport, or Yangyang International Airport to stay in Korea for tours for up to 5 days (10 days for Yangyang Airport).
Groups of Chinese tourists who leave China with Japanese visas to travel to Japan through Korea or leave Japan to travel to China or a third country through Korea.
Any foreign visa-free passengers from a third nation who enter Incheon International Airport for transit to travel to their home country or another nation and participate in the Transit Tour Program*. However, citizens of 24 prohibited nations are not allowed for visa-free entry.
